3 postage- delivery time

a° delivery times are based on working days only (excluding sunday) 5 to 10 days working days for europeean union and more 10 days out EU
b° we accept no responsability for excessive delivery time attributable to the carrier in particular in the event of loss of the products or strikes.
c° at the reception of your parcel the customer must check that the delivery is identical to its order

e° if you are absent on the day of delivery , your postman will leave a voucher allowing you to collect your parcel or package from your local post office during opening hours.
4 returns & exchange
if you are not satisfied with your order you may return the product sold by "perle de bretagne" only its a result for our error ( if you received a   defective product ) return it to us in the original package in perfect condition within 7 days from receiving it at the following adress: customer service -perle de bretagne, 21 rue maurice barres, 29200 brest (france)
the expenses of return will be at our charges only in this case.
nota: we don t accept return of product after 7 days , any product that has been opened or used, any product that is not in its original package or damaged.
